Warning, you might fall in love!
The location was fantastic. The Queen Room with a Private Bathroom had everything I needed, offering comfort and convenience. I experienced really good service when a staff member went out of their way to help me due to flight delays. I'll definitely return!

The room was recently refurbished and warm, featured an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV. The bed was extremely comfy and worked perfectly. The location was good, a walking distance from a downstairs dance club😃

They gave me double room with comfortable beds, microwave oven, private bathroom. I had a microwave oven and a fridge.

somewhat recently remodeled, pictures accurately reflect the current state, free orange juice and croissant in the morning
The presence of a tent city directly outside the entrance was disheartening!!! The security concerns were elevated when guests entered rooms unannounced!!! Improvements in cleanliness and professionalism are sorely needed!!!

Very friendly and amazingly attentive staff, everything clean.
Lovely hotel and exceptionally nice and comfortable location on the sidewalk in all directions. Beautiful and exceptionally good rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave and a fridge. Location adjacent to trains underground as well as the centre or in Tandorloin neighbourhood. Nearby Pianofight - great place to chill out. Very enjoyable stay, as always.

Found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean room, decent size for the price. Area had many homeless people outside, not very safe. Breakfast choice was quite limited too.

missingWrote a review on 04 Augrecently remodeled roommorning offeringsstained towelsdirty floordelayed response
The stay included a recently remodeled room and convenient amenities like a private restroom option. While the morning offerings of orange juice and croissants were a nice touch, the cleanliness was subpar, with stained towels and a dirty floor that needed attention. The delayed response from the staff when help was needed, despite the 24-hour bell, was disappointing.

The location was perfect for our family with kids, great to visit several fun spots without a long drive. The room was spacious enough to accommodate all of us with some comfort.
